Flat cap mushrooms stuffed with cheese

Ingredients

·         1 chopped red onion
·         8 butum mushrooms
·         1 tablespoon butter
·         2 table spoon sage
·         60g grated blue cheese
·         60g grated Cheddar cheese
·         60g grated Mozzarella cheese
·         2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
·         2 tablespoon butter


Method
1.       Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas mark 6.
2.       Remove mushroom stems. Set aside caps. Chop the stems.
3.       In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter add onion, sage and the stems. Cook for 1-2 minutes then add 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Cook that for next 2-3minutes till onion will be nice brown colour and soft.. Remove from heat.
4.       In a medium bowl, stir together that mixture with cheese (for my recipe I used 3 different cheese at home you can use only one or use few and also you can mix cheese together or keep separate. Is your taste and choice)
5.       Scoop of theat mix put into the mushroom caps.
6.       Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes.
7.       Remove the mushrooms from the oven and serve immediately


You can serve with salad
