Bolognese

Ingredients:
1 tbsp veg oil
1 white onion
2 celery sticks
3 carrots
1 garlic clove , crushed
200g tin chopped tomatoes
500g beef mince
100g tomatoes puree
1 bunch of basil finely chopped
Salt and pepper


Method:

1.   Onion , celery, carrots cut into several pieces, please in the food processor (or blender) add puree
2.   Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add basil stir for 1 minute and then add the vegetable and tomatoes, sauté puree around 2 minutes then add garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
3.   Add the mince meat. Make sure  that you breaking mince up and fry over a medium-high heat until browned
4.   Add chopped tomatoes season mince with salt and pepper and stir well
5.   Bring to a simmer and cook for around 55 minutes (until the sauce is thick) stir sometimes
6.   Serve with Your favourite pasta and Parmesan cheese, decorate with fresh basil leafs
